COVID 19 Update
Orchard Mobility Centre supplies and delivers essential aids for daily living and is part of the health and social care supply chain. Because we provide an essential service for our customers, we will remain open during periods of lockdown announced by the government.
We are following the latest UK Government regulations and Public Health England's guidance on COVID 19 and doing everything we can to protect our customers and colleagues during this time.
FACEMASKS AND HAND SANITISER ARE AVAILABLE AT THE ENTRANCE. IF MORE THAN ONE SMALL CUSTOMER GROUP IS PRESENTS AT ANY ONE TIME, WE ARE OPERATING A ONE-WAY SYSTEM AND THERE MAY BE A SHORT WAIT TO BE SERVED. WE HAVE PLENTY OF SPACE INDOORS FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING AND OUTDOORS FOR TEST DRIVING MOBILITY SCOOTERS, ETC.
| We trade exclusively from our showroom at Scotsdales Garden Centre, High Street, Horningsea, Cambridge CB25 9JG. Tel : 01223 863908.

map: click here | We can now offer a much wider range of products in a space that is easy to walk round and browse. We also have a workshop for maintenance and repair on site. Parking is right outside the door and Scotsdales is a good garden centre to visit. A photo of the new shop can be seen below. There are more on our Facebook page which can be accessed by clicking here.
We aim to offer a complete service to help people in and out of the home. Trading for over 17 years we believe that we offer the most friendly and considerate service you can find. We are members of the British Healthcare Trades Association, and have signed up to their code of practice which is approved and monitored by Trading Standards. Click on the Trading Standards logo below to verify this and be secure in your purchase and after sales support.
However we are concerned that you do not buy something that is inappropriate for your needs and then find that it will cost you money to return it. For this reason we do not sell larger items such as scooters and wheelchairs without either meeting you (at home or in one of our showrooms) or at least talking over the telephone. | We are able to visit throughout Cambridgeshire and adjoining counties to discuss your needs. Where this is the case we have put "Price on Application" and ask you to phone us or email so that we can talk further. You are able to buy from us directly via this website or to visit our store for a wide range of equipment to help you both in and out of your home. At the shop you are encouraged to try before you buy.
We stock Scooters, Wheelchairs, Stairlifts, Beds, Walkers, Riser/Recliners, Bath Lifts, Toilet and Bathing Aids, Continence Care, Kitchen and Household Aids. We also have a large selection of walking sticks, walking frames, commodes, bath steps, shower stools and all sorts of pressure care and support cushions. The range in the shop is wider than that on the website. If we do not have what you want then we can usually order it for you.
